Apartment Es Trenc 4 is just 75 metres from the popular Es Trenc beach with its turquoise waters and the fine sand. It is on the side between Ses Covetes and Sa Rapita. A small supermarket, some restaurants and beach bars are in easy walking distance. Further shopping facilities are available in Campos, which is at approximately 12 kilometres distance. This typical Mallorcan country town offers supermarkets, boutiques, restaurants, coffee shops and a large farmers market on Saturdays. The area around Campos is popular with horse riding aficionados and has a numer of riding stables nearby. The seaside resorts Sa Rápita and Colonia Sant Jordi have a good choice of sparetime and sports activities.
The apartment is on the first floor of a three storey building. There is a small restaurant on the ground floor, which is usually frequented until ten/eleven at night. Ses Covetes is a small seafront village which is getting quiet in the evening, with only a small number of inhabitants. There are no hotels, only a few houses and apartments, some of which are rented out for the summer. The guests of the apartment are welcome to use a private parking space of the owners.

Apartment Es Trenc 4 offers all amenities for a relaxing holiday. A very special feature are the two individual and perfectly private sleeping areas. Just off the entrance hall there is one bathroom with a shower, to the right there is the kitchen with a breakfast table and to the left there is a large and sunny living/dining room with access to the front balcony with sea views. The first bedroom is also towards the front of the apartment and is accessible from the living room. It is fitted with a double bed. Crossing the modern and fully fitted kitchen, you will reach the large back terrace, which has a "small" sea view and which is fitted with a dining table, gas grill, outdoor shower, two sun lounger. On the opposite site of the terrace and in a separate annex, there is the second bedroom with a bathroom with shower en-suite and a double bed.
There is the possibility to add a supplementary bunk bed in a separate room for max. two children.

Apartment Es Trenc 4 is located on the first floor and offers a large terrace with a small sea view and a balcony with sideward sea view. The large terrace towards the back is fitted with 2 sun loungers, parasol, a dining table and a gas grill. There is also an outdoor shower to refresh after the beach.
