Location

Finca Alina is located between Es Lombards and Cala S'Almonia. Cala S'Almonia is a small beach with stunning nature and clear waters. It is only about 2,3 kilometres away. The beach of Cala Llombards is larger and is within 3 kilometres reach. Es Llombards is a small country village in the South of the island, which has very much kept its original rural charm and character. The village square is framed by cafés, a fine dining restaurant and a bakery, there are two more restaurants serving traditional Mallorcan cuisine and a small garden restaurant. There is also a paddle tennis court, which we refer to in the distance table under "tennis". Shopping facilities, like supermarkets, pharmacies and boutiques are available in the neighbouring villages Ses Salines and Santanyí, just as a fine selection of restaurants and traditional bars.

Santanyí is a country village popular for its lovely old town, the colourful market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, the elegant restaurants and trendy boutiques. The closest beach is Cala Llombards. This deep sandy bay has crystal clear waters perfect for snorkelling and a beach restaurant complete with sun bed hire. Another highlight of this region is the Es Trenc beach with its Caribbean feel. This beach is in approximately 10 minutes driving distance. For a casual sun downer or dinner with views of the sea and the idyllic fishing harbours, Cala Figuera or Colonia Sant Jordi are a good choice.

Finca Alina is a pretty holiday home with 2 bedrooms and one modern bathroom. The living area is open-plan and offers a small kitchen, a dining table, a comfortable sofa and a wood-burning stove. Both bedrooms are fitted with twin beds.

Exterior

Finca S'Almonia offers a nice pool and a large sun terrace. There is a covered terrace with a table and chairs just in front of the front door. Another table is at the poolside. In between there is a small summer kitchen with worktop, sink, a brick-built barbecue and a wood-burning pizza or bread oven. There is parking space available on the grounds.

Pricelist

Minimum stay is one week. Extra days can be added.
Cleaning and linen change are included in the price.
On arrival a deposit of 200,00 € needs to be paid. It will be returned on departure, if everything has found to be in order.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
