Location

Finca Carbonell is located just outside the village of Calonge. The town centre is around the majestic church and offers a few restaurants, bars and shops. All is within 700 m to 1 kilometre walking distance. The Vall d'Or golf course as well as the nice sandy beaches of the Southeast coast are all within 5 minutes driving distance. Calonge is a good base to explore the Southeast coast of the island. The closest seaside village is Cala d'Or, which has a nice pedestrian zone with boutiques, cafés and a large selection of restaurants. It's exclusive yacht harbour is less than 5 minutes drive from the country house.

Facilities

Finca Carbonell is a nice holiday home with two floors and plenty of space. The ancient farm house has been fully renovated and offers 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 3 modern bathrooms with walk-in shower. On the ground floor is a living/dining area with television set and a comfortable couch. Next to the living area room there are a fully fitted kitchen with a traditional open fireplace and a large bathroom. Many of the ancient elements of the kitchen were saved during the renovation process, keeping its traditional flair. Towards the back is a hall leading to the two ground floor bedrooms. One is fitted with a double bed, the other one with twins. Those two bedrooms are sharing the ground floor bathroom. On the first floor there is the second living room with couch, television and distant sea views. On the same floor there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other one with twins, and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower. The third bathroom is outside, next to the pool area. It has no direct access from the house.

Exterior

Finca Carbonell offers a large pool with sun terrace and a shady garden. Next to the house and closest to the kitchen, there is a porch with a large, rustic dining table. Next to it is the BBQ terrace with a wood burning pizza oven, brick-built BBQ and a work top with sink. A few steps are leading up to the shady garden. Next to the porch, in the small building facing the pool, there is the third bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Pricelist

From 01.07.2023 until 01.09.2023 the arrival / departure is only possible on Saturdays

Minimum stay is one week, individual days can be added.
Cleaning and linen change are included in the price.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
