Location

Finca Cresta is a beautiful property in the rural area between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa and only 3 kilometres off the beach.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The beautiful old town of Pollensa is at approximately 12 kilometres distance. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Facilities

Finca Cresta is a delightful house on two floors with bright and ample rooms and plenty of space for 8 people. The house is furnished in a friendly and welcoming style. The ground floor consists of a comfortable lounge/dining area with open fireplace, a modern fitted kitchen and two bedrooms sharing one bathroom.

The first floor offers two more bedrooms, sharing the second bathroom.

There is a third bathroom with shower adjoining the outdoor kitchen, which has no direct access from the house, however.

Air-conditioning h/c throughout.

Finca Cresta is surrounded by beautiful, mature gardens with various terraces and places to relax. The fully fitted summer kitchen is a real highlight with gas cooker, BBQ and bread or pizza oven. Adjoining the kitchen is the third bathroom with shower. A second terrace is furnished with a large dining table and lounge area. The plot offers place to relax in the shade of the trees or to enjoy the sun on the poolside terraces.

Pricelist

From 01.07.2023 until 31.08.2023 the arrival / departure is only possible on Saturdays

Minimum stay is one week.
Cleaning and linen change are included in the price.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
