Beaches, the Vall d'Or golf course, the beautiful village of Porto Colom and the traditional country town Felanitx are all within 6 kilometers distance. Porto Colom offers several fine dining restaurants overlooking the marina, shopping facilities and two sandy beaches. Felanitx offers good shopping facilities and a colourful market on Sundays.

The finca is close to the country road connecting Porto Colom and Felanitx. Depending on the direction of the wind, the hum of the cars can be noticed outside of the house.

The finca Leon is ideal for 2 families who would like to spend the holidays together but also enjoy their privacy. On three levels there are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and two full living areas and kitchens. Each floor has its own terraces.

Pricelist

Minimum stay is one week, extra days can be booked.
Weekly cleaning and linen change are included in the price.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
