He house is comfortably furnished and offers two floors:

The ground floor offers a living room, small and cosy kitchen and a separate dining room. The washing machine and a basin are in a separate utility room.

The first floor offers 3 bedrooms: two twins and one with a double bed. All bedrooms are sharing one bathroom with tub and shower. In addition there is an outdoor bathroom with shower and sink. All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning on a timer (20:00 hrs - 07:00 hrs).

Cleaning and weekly linen change are included in the price.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
