The historic building dates back to the 19th century and has been renovated from scratch using top range materials. Location

Finca Sa Font is located about 1.5 kilometres from Pollensa old town in a quiet, much sought after residential area. Restaurants, bars and a supermarket are in walking distance or can be very quickly reached by car. The charming old town of Pollensa offers shopping facilities, restaurants with international cuisine and the typical local bars and cafés to enjoy a cafe con leche or sip a glass of wine overlooking the main square. The Sunday market is one of the most beautiful and popular of the island. The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala Sant Vicens and the popular Pollensa golf course are in less than 10 minutes travelling distance.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Finca Sa Font combines the classic charm of an old country house with the latest in comfort and style. The historic building has been renovated from scratch turning this house in a precious villa with wide and ample rooms and bathrooms. From the ground floor entrance you enter the lounge with sofa and television and a large fully fitted kitchen with dining area and fireplace, which is opening to the back porch. Next to the lounge is a corridor leading to the first sleeping area with a double bedroom and its bathroom with shower right on the opposite side. At the corridor are the gym and a utility room for the washing machine and storage.

The first floor offers 3 more bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite and a large walk-in cupboard and a second lounge with television and a study area. The bedrooms are large, bright and beautifully furnished and the bathrooms are stylish and grand. Air-conditioning is available in all bedrooms.

Finca Sa Font has the charm of a traditional country house, while offering the latest in equipment, fittings and furnishings and is ideal for travellers who enjoy being in the countryside, but appreciate sophisticated standards.The fact that the house is so close to the village just adds to the benefits of this outstanding property.

Exterior

Finca Sa Font is set on a large plot of land with orange groves and lawns. The terraced pool area offers beautiful views of the house and the mountains. In front of the house is the ancient water supply well, which used to be operated by donkeys, which has been turned into a magnificent little terrace one of the very special spots of this property. The large porch at the back of the house is furnished with a large dining table and sofa lounge with views of the garden. The circular pool has a 11 metre diametre, the stairs to the pool area are secured by a lockable gate. Sunbeds, sunshades and table tennis rackets are provided.
