Location

Finca Serafina is located approximately 3 kilometres from Es Llombards in the middle of fields and meadows and within a very quiet area. Es Llombards is a small country village in the South of the island which has kept much of its original rural charme and character. The village square is framed by cafés, restaurants and a bakery, two more restaurant serving traditional Mallorcan cuisine are nearby and there is also a small beer garden with international cuisine and BBQ. Shopping facilities, like supermarkets, pharmacies and boutiques are available in the neighbouring villages Ses Salines and Santanyi, just as a fine selection of restaurants and traditional bars.

Santanyi is a country village popular for its lovely old town, the colourful market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, the elegant restaurants and trendy boutiques. The closest beach is Cala Llombards. This deep sandy bay has crystal clear waters perfect for schnorkelling and a beach restaurant complete with sun bed hire. Another highlight of this region is the Es Trenc beach with its Carribean feel. This beach is in approximately 10 minutes driving distance. For a casual sun downer or dinner with views of the sea and the idyllic fishing harbours, Cala Figuera or Colonia Sant Jordi are a good choice.

Facilities

Finca Serafina is a charming country house, which is dating back to the 19th century and has been lovingly renovated to modern standards. On the ground floor there is an open-plan dining room with a country house kitchen and a wood-burning oven. To its right there is the living room with comfortable sofas and satellite television. Also on the ground floor, there are two twin bedrooms, one of which with a bathroom with shower en-suite, the other one with a large corner bathtub, an a utility room. The third bedroom is on the first floor and is fitted with a double bed. It has access to a separate bathroom with shower cabin. On the same floor there is another bedroom for children, which is available on request only.

The use of the air-conditioning is optional and can be booked at an extra cost of 25 €/day, minimum 5 nights, payable in cash on arrival.
The house accommodates a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children.

Finca Serafina is located on a beautiful plot of land, which is surrounded by a field stone wall, bushes and trees. The terrace is ample and covered and fitted with lounge furniture and a dining table. Next to it there is a brick-built barbecue. The emerald-green pool is surrounded by sun terraces and offers a separate wading pool for children.

Minimum stay is one week, individual days can be added.
Final cleaning and towel change once per week are incl. in price.
For a stay of 2 weeks there is also a linen change and light cleaning included in the price.

On arrival a credit card, which needs to be indicated beforehand, will be charged with a deposit of 300 €. After departure, and once the house has been checked and approved by house keeping, the deposit will be refunded accordingly.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
