Location

Finca Sierra is located approximately 2 kilometres from Es Llombards in the middle of fields and meadows and within a very quiet area. Es Llombards is a small country village in the South of the island which has kept much of its original rural charme and character. The village square is framed by cafés, restaurants and a bakery, and two restaurant serving traditional Mallorcan cuisine are nearby and there is also a small beer garden with international cuisine and BBQ. Shopping facilities, like supermarkets, pharmacies and boutiques are available in the neighbouring villages Ses Salines and Santanyi, just as a fine selection of restaurants and traditional bars.

Santanyi is a country village popular for its lovely old town, the colourful market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, the elegant restaurants and trendy boutiques. The closest beach is Cala Llombards. This deep sandy bay has crystal clear waters perfect for schnorkelling and a beach restaurant complete with sun bed hire. Another highlight of this region is the Es Trenc beach with its Caribbean feel. This beach is in approximately 10 minutes driving distance. For a casual sun downer or dinner with views of the sea and the idyllic fishing harbours, Cala Figuera or Colonia Sant Jordi are a good choice.

Facilities

Finca Sierra is a comfortable country cottage with field stone facade and a cosy ambience. A large wooden door is opening directly into the living area with dining table and a comfortable couch. The separate kitchen is modern and fully fitted and has a door to the terrace. The bedroom is fitted with twin beds. The separate bathroom has a bathtub.

Air-conditioning is optional and will be charged with 19,00 €/day, payable in cash on arrival, minimum 5 nights.

Exterior

The garden and terraces have been lovingly designed and the small plot is surrounded by many local plants. The dinner terrace is covered with bamboo and has a brick-built barbecue next to it. The pool is surrounded by an ample sun terrace.

Pricelist

Minimum stay is one week, additional days can be added.
Final cleaning and towel change once per week are included in price.
For a stay of 2 weeks there is also a linen change and light cleaning included in the price.
On arrival a credit card, which needs to be indicated beforehand, will be charged with a deposit of 300 €. After departure, and once the house has been checked and approved by house keeping, the deposit will be refunded accordingly.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
