Location

Finca Taragona is located approximately 1 kilometres from Es Llombards in the middle of fields and meadows. Es Llombards is a small country village in the South of the island which has kept much of its original rural charm and character. The village square is framed by cafés, restaurants and a bakery, two more restaurant serving traditional Mallorcan cuisine are nearby and there is also a small beer garden with international food and BBQ. Shopping facilities, like supermarkets, pharmacies and boutiques are available in the neighbouring villages Ses Salines and Santanyi, just as a fine selection of restaurants and traditional bars.

Santanyi is a country village popular for its lovely old town, the colourful market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, the elegant restaurants and trendy boutiques. The closest beach is Cala Llombards. This deep sandy bay has crystal clear waters perfect for snorkelling and a beach restaurant complete with sun bed hire. Another highlight of this region is the Es Trenc beach with its Carribean feel. This beach is in approximately 10 minutes driving distance. For a casual sun downer or dinner with views of the sea and the idyllic fishing harbours, Cala Figuera or Colonia Sant Jordi are a good choice.

Facilities

Finca Taragona is a tastefully furnished, with light and sunny rooms and an overall Mediterranean look and feel. All rooms are on the same floor. The living area is open-plan with a lounge area, dining table and a kitchen with a modern kitchen block. The house offers 2 bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite and a guest toilet. The master bedroom is fitted with twin beds (135 x 90 cm each), flat screen television and a bathroom with bathtub and separate walk-in shower. The other bedroom is also fitted with twins (90 x 190 each) and has a bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bedroom has a door towards the terrace.

Air-conditioning is optional and will be charged with 19,00 €/day, payable in cash on arrival, minimum 5 nights.

Exterior

Finca Taragona offers various terraces, a nice pool and typical Mediterranean vegetation. There is a pergola at the pool side and a veranda at the house, which is furnished with a lounge and a dining table. There is also a small pool for children, a stone-built BBQ area with sink and an outdoor shower. Parking space is available on the grounds for at least 2 cars.

Pricelist

Arrival / departure is only possible on Saturdays

Minimum stay is one week. Arrival and departure needs to be on a Saturday.
Final cleaning and towel change once per week are incl. in price.
For a stay of 2 weeks there is also a linen change and light cleaning included in the price.
Air-conditioning is optional and will be charged with 25,00 €/day, payable in cash on arrival, minimum 5 nights.
On arrival a credit card, which needs to be indicated beforehand, will be charged with a deposit of 300 €. After departure, and once the house has been checked and approved by house keeping, the deposit will be refunded accordingly.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
