Location

Finca Xenia is located in the rural countryside between Cas Concos, Santanyí and Campos. Cas Concos and Santanyí are at about 5 kilometers distance, Campos is about 10 kilometers away.

The village Cas Concos is a picturesque village with some fine restaurants, a bakery and a small supermarket.

Santanyi is one of the most popular villages in the South of Mallorca and has a beautifully preserved old town with boutiques, shops, cafés and restaurants. The colourful market, which is held in the narrow little alleys, is attracting people from all over the island on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Campos is a traditional country town and offers shopping facilities, restaurants, cafés and a busy market on Saturdays.

The closest beach is in Cala Santanyí, it offers a sandy beach, sunbeds and a beach bar and is ideal for snorkeling and swimming. Another highlight of the area is the long Es Trenc beach with its crystal clear waters shining in the brightest colours of the Carribean.

In the afternoon or the evening the picturesque fishermen's village Cala Figuera is a nice spot to relax or take a stroll along the seaside promenade and enjoy a sundowner or dinner in one of the cosy restaurants. The nearest golf course would be Vall d'Or Golf between S'Horta and Porto Colom.

Facilities

Finca Xenia is a recently built holiday home with modern furnishing and sunny rooms. From the entrance area there is the kitchen to the right. The kitchen is open plan with a dining area and the living room next to it. Both have access to the terrace and the pool. The kitchen has access to the laundry room and one ample twin bedroom with a bathroom with shower en-suite. To the left of the entrance there are two more bedrooms, sharing one bathroom with bathtub. The fourth bedroom is fitted with a double bed and has a bathroom en-suite with a shower cabin. All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning running on a timer (the schedule is fixed: 14:00 h - 17:00 h, 20:00 h - 24:00 h, 03:00 h - 08:00 h).

Finca Xenia offers a large, covered terrace with dining area and chill-out-lounge. The terrace offers very nice views of the infinity pool and the lawns. Next to the terrace there is a brick-built BBQ. Sun beds and a ping pong table are available.

Pricelist

From 15.06.2024 until 14.09.2024 the arrival / departure is only possible on Saturdays

Minimum stay is one week, individual days can be added off peak season.
Final cleaning is included in price.
There will be no cleaning and no linen or towel change during the stay.
For stays longer than 12 nights, towel and linen change are available on request and will be charged with 150,00 €.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
