Location

The holiday home Can Lima is located on the borders of Cala Llombards and at only about 1,3 kilometres distance of the sandy bay with its crystal clear waters. The beach has a beach bar with sun bed hire and the rocks around the bay are excellent for scuba diving. The popular and very scenic beach Cap des Moro is an easy walk along the coast (about 1 kilometre). The village itself has a small shop for the daily needs and a few restaurants. The picturesque village of Santanyi is at only 7 kilometres distance. Popular for its Saturday market, this village has also a nice selection of good and pretty restaurants, trendy boutiques and shopping facilities. The South and the Southeast of Mallorca offer some of the nicest beaches of the island.

Facilities

The holiday house Can Lima is a well-mended summer villa with two floors. On the ground floor there is a living/dining area, the fully fitted kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with twins. Both bedrooms are sharing one bathroom with a walk in shower. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms. The large master bedroom offers a double bed, television, a private terrace with distant sea views and an ample bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom is fitted with twin beds and has a bathroom with shower en-suite.

The holiday home Can Lima offers a large terrace with dining table and chairs. The sun terrace is a few steps below and fitted with sun loungers. A large pine tree next to the house is spending natural shade. The brick-built barbecue is at the rear end of the house as is the pool.

Minimum stay is one week, individual days can be added.
Cleaning and linen change are included in the price.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
