Location

Chalet Playa Muro is located half way between Santa Margalida and Can Picafort on a nice, fully fenced plot of land in the Northeast of the island. This part of the island is very diversified and offers a lot to see and do.

The beach of Playa de Muro is only 4 kilometres away. It ranks among the finest beaches of the island and is split in two parts. One is bordering the nature reserve Albufeira, the other offers all facilities including beach bars, sunbeds and the infrastructure one would expect of a family friendly beach. Both boast the most beautiful views of the turquoise and blue sea, crystal clear waters, panoramic views of the Alcudia bay, water sports facilities and more, the best setting for a marvellous day at the beach. Can Picafort is a seaside resort which offers a vast selection of restaurants of all categories, shopping facilities and sparetime activities. Santa Maraglida is a picturesque village, approximately 10 kilometres off the coast. The small alleys around the impressive church have typical local restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques to be discovered. On market days the best spot is a seat on one of the terraces around the market place to watch the busy bargaining and trading at the stalls.

The Playa de Muro is one of the best surf spots on the island with a a kite surf training centre right on the beach, which is also renting out equipment. The area around Santa Margalida is rather flat and ideal for comfortable cycling and hiking. The closest golf course is Alcanada, followed by Pollensa golf.

The seaside resort of Port Alcudia is very well developed and offers a large water park, a nice harbour with cafés and restaurants and a large variety of spartime activities. A few kilometres off the coast is the pretty old town of Alcudia, which is framed by an impressive town wall and has a pedestrian zone with some very nice restaurants.

All on one floor Chalet Playa Muro offers a comfortable living/dining room with open fireplace, exit to the terrace and an American style, fully fitted kitchen as well as a sleeping area with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite, one directly next to the bedroom). Both bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning and are beautifully furnished. Chalet Playa Muro is a very well maintained holiday home, which has been furnished with a lot of attention to detail, to create a welcoming and friendly home. It is ideal for a small family or two couples. Central heating makes this house comfortable all year.

Chalet Playa Muro has a very nice garden with a small fish pond and a 7,5 x 3,5 m pool, which is framed by a sun terrace. Two large verandas are fitted with lounge furniture and a dining table, the perfect spot to chill in the afternoon or enjoy breakfast and dinner al fresco. Sunbeds and shades are provided. Furthermore, there is a brick-built BBQ and table tennis complete with rackets. In front of the house is a large, shady porch and a car port providing enough area to park two cars comfortably.

Minimum stay are 4 days, extra days can be added.
Cleaning and linen change are included in the price.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
