Your holiday contract
Your holiday contract is with fincas4you AG , Rundbuckstr. 6, CH - 8212 Neuhausen, acting as a legal agent for the respective house owner to receive the payments of its clients. When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept, and do accept on behalf of all your party, the terms of these booking conditions. By placing a definite booking the client offers fincas4you a contract with legally binding effect. A booking can be placed by telephone, by fax or by email. Thereafter you will receive a written booking confirmation which has to be signed and returned within 3 days.
Your holiday price
When you confirm your booking we require a 25% - 35% deposit, depending on the respective villa, apartment or hotel. The full balance of your booking is due 4 weeks prior to arrival or as stated in your booking confirmation. For bookings less than 6 weeks before arrival the total rental price has to be paid immediately. If the deposit or full balance is not received within the specified time stated in the booking confirmation there is no obligation for fincas4you to fullfill the booking contract. fincas4you website prices are live and supercede all previous prices and offers. The prices you see on your day of booking is the price you will be charged. All prices are quoted in EUROS.
If you cancel your holiday
Should you wish to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed we need a written notification by fax or email.
Cancellation fees for: PERIOD BEFORE DEPARTURE DURING WHICH TIME NOTIFICATION IS RECEIVED
- More than 90 days from arrival date: 30% of total price
- More than 30 days up to 90 days from arrival date : 60% of total price
- 30 days or less : 100% of total price
If you cancel or change your booking a administration fee of 60,-€ will be charged in addition to above cancellation fees.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer you a accommodation of a similar or higher standard, subject to availability. If the available alternatives are not acceptable to you we will refund in full the cost of the accomadation.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking under the following circumstances:
1. If the client or one of the persons within the group or family conciously damage the house or the facilities of the house. In this case the remaining rental price will not be refunded.
2. If the deposit or full balance is not paid by the required date and no answer is received after sending a reminder with a fixed deadline.
This means that we will not pay you any compensation if we have to cancel or change your travel arrangements in any way because of war, terrorism, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances that may amount to Force Majeure.
If you have a complaint
If you have a complaint during your holiday please inform us as soon as possible and he/she will of course endeavour to correct matters promptly.
IF YOU DO NOT CONTACT OUR REPRESENTATIVE ON OUR PUBLISHED SERVICE HOTLINE WHILST IN THE PREMISES, THIS MAY AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THIS CONTRACT.
Building works and the resulting noise from the site can take place at any time during the year on an adjoining or nearby property and land. If this work is affecting your holiday please report this to our representative immediately. Obviously this is beyond the control of our agents, or ourselves, but we will make an effort to have the work stopped if possible. Alternatively, if this is not possible we will offer you other accommodation of the same or higher standard, strictly subject to availability. Unfortunately we do not receive advance notice of when building works will begin as they are carried out by third parties over which we have no control. Whilst we can assure you we will do our best to minimise any inconvenience or interruption to your holiday, we regret that this is a 'Force Majeure' and we do not accept any liability or will pay any compensation.
Your holiday villa
The holiday villa can only be used by the number of persons mentioned within the booking confirmation. If more than the number of mentioned persons uses the holiday villa, fincas4you is entitled to immediately cancel the contract without further obligation to fincas4you. The client is not entitled to a refund of the rental price. All guests are required to vacate their property by 10.30 hours on day of departure to facilitate cleaning and servicing prior to incoming guests arrival. You may occupy your property from 15.00 hours, villas with personal handover until max. 22.00 hours. Bringing along your pet is not allowed without permission.
The descriptions and information on the website are personally written by a member of staff who has visited the property, and are made in good faith. It is possible that changes in facilities may occur without our knowledge. In this event we will endeavour to inform you of any changes, once known, but cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies which are beyond our control. Water and electricity supplies are often not as reliable as in other European countries, interruptions of supply do occur. We cannot be held responsible for these supplies or any other lack of facility beyond our reasonable control.
The owners reserve the right to visit their property at any time to undertake essential repairs, maintenance, pool cleaning and gardening.
The amount of air conditioning varies in many houses. Normal supply is on a `Timer` for approx 10 hours per day. FULL AIR CONDITIONING does not mean that the supply is on 24 hours per day. In some properties extra hours are available and payable locally.
All properties will have sufficient sunbeds for the maximum number of persons listed on the signed booking form and entitled to stay at the property. Due to many breakages the type supplied at the property may differ from the original ones shown in the brochure/website. We accept no responsibility for any such changes.
The use of all facilities in your villa or apartment is at your own risk, no compensation can be claimed.
For all country hotels complaints and reclamations are to be made and dealt with directly by the hotel.
