Location

The country hotel is located at about 3 kilometres distance from Felanitx in the South-east of the island of Mallorca. It is set on a large plot of land with olive, citrus, almond and pomegranate trees. Felanitx is a traditional Mallorcan small town and offers shopping facilities and a large pedestrian zone with cafés and restaurants. The seaside resorts Cala d'Or and Portocolom are within 17 kilometres driving distance. Both offer various beaches, restaurants and leisure activities.

Facilities

All rooms and apartments area furnished in a welcoming and tasteful style. They are fitted with king size or twin beds, dispose of bathrooms with daylight and shower, cosmetic sets, hair dryer, bathrobe, towels, pool/beach towels, German satellite television, air-conditioning h/c, and WLan Internet. The apartments dispose of a kitchenette and private terraces or balconies with a dining table and views of the countryside. Every morning full breakfast is served in the comfortable and cosy dining room. It includes regional ingredients, freshly squeezed juices and detox water as well as a nice selection of cereals. There is also a comfortable living room to relax in the evenings or during the day. Half board is possible on request for groups of six or more.

The main house offers 4 apartments (2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor). The annex offers 1 apartment and 3 double rooms. The large apartment in the annex offers a kitchen with gas hob, oven and a dish washer. All other apartments have a kitchenette (small ceramic hob, fridge, sink and a worktop). One of the ground floor apartments is barrier free.

The country hotel can be booked completely and is ideal for larger groups and festivities. Smaller groups of 10 to 14 people can book the main house for exclusive use or groups of 9 the Casita for exclusive use.

Exterior

The country hotel has a large garden with a 11 x 6 metre pool and a large pool terrace. There are various areas and spots to enjoy the sun or shade within the garden. The courtyard is fitted with dining tables and chairs.
