Location
The finca is located within the popular vinyards around Felanitx in the southeast of the island. This truly beautiful farmhouse is set in the totally tranquil area of Son Negre near Cas Concos and Felanitx. The unique peace may only be broken by passing sheep or goats. The stunning views on a clear day stretch right across the open majorcan plainlands to the distant Tramuntana Mountains.
Felanitx has established an ample variety of skilled craftsmen and professional, highly qualified tradesmen. One only has to lose oneself in the maze of streets to find them. Its outskirts offer unlimited possibilities e.g. the Calvario, San Salvador, or the Castle of Santuari, these being possibly the roots of this tradition in culture which characterizes Felanitx. Energy centres, forgotten in time are still there reminding us of the importance of the past

All apartments are furnished tastefully and comfortable, all have their own kitchen, air condition, central heating, SAT-TV, DVD, CD/RADIO, Safe and blow dryer.
Apartments 1 and 5 and the villa are suitable for 4 persons, Apartments 2, 3 and 4 and 6 for 2 persons.
The suite offers one bedroom and a bathroom and is suitable for 2 adults. Sofa bed available for children up to 12 at extra charge. The suite is on the ground floor and has central heating, air-conditioning and a fridge.
