Finca Alcira is located in the urbanization Sa Coma de Bunyola at only 13 kilometres distance to the old town of Palma. This area is ideal for hiking and cycling tours and there are various horse riding centres nearby. At only 2 kilometres distance is the village of Palmanyola which offers a variety of shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés. The picturesque mountain village Bunyola is a short drive away and has access to the train to Soller. Finca Alcira is an ideal base to explore the island. The Tramuntana mountain range, the West coast, the centre of the island and the beautiful town of Palma are all in easy travelling distance.

Finca Alcira is a lovely holiday home with a living area of appoximately 450 m². On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace and access to the terrace. On the same floor there is the modern and fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area and doors towards the terrace. The first floor offers two double bedrooms and two twins. The fifth bedroom is in the basement and has a private lounge with comfortable sofas. The house has a total of 4 bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms and the kitchen/dining area and central heating throughout.

The covered terrace at the house is overlooking the meticulously kept gardens and is fitted with comfortable lounge furniture. There is a pool house with summer kitchen, BBQ and a dining table at the pool. Sun loungers are provided. The property is fenced and there is a private parking for six cars within the property.

A deposit of 500 € will be charged on arrival and returned on departure.

The electricity and gas expense is not included in the price and will be charged extra at a cost of 0,70 €/KWh and 0,95 € per litre of fuel oil.
Cleaning and linen change are included in the price.
All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
