Finca Angelina is located within walking distance of Pollensa, in the so-called La Font area. The centre of Pollensa's old town is less than 1 kilometres away and the harbour can be reached in a few minutes by car. Shopping facilities and restaurants are also within easy reach. The beautiful old town of Pollensa has an extensive pedestrianised area with traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays, a popular market takes place in the narrow alleyways, while during the week you can enjoy watching everyday life in one of the cafés in the central Plaza Mayor.

The lively harbour of Puerto Pollensa is around 6,6 kilometres away and has a long promenade with wonderful views of the Bay of Pollensa and Cap Formentor, shops, boutiques and countless restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The long sandy beach offers a good infrastructure with several beach bars, freshwater showers and sunbed hire. The shallow entrance makes this stretch of coast particularly family-friendly.

With its challenging mountain routes, the area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers alike. Everyone will find their favourite route here. Golfers have several golf courses in the area at their disposal. There is a wide range of water sports on offer in the Bay of Pollensa, which is one of the most beautiful spots for surfers and sailors.

Facilities

Finca Angelina is a comfortable holiday home with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The rooms are bright and inviting, and the bedrooms on the first floor offer fantastic views of the countryside. The living room on the ground floor has comfortable sofas, a TV and a decorative fireplace. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table with chairs for a leisurely breakfast. The kitchen leads to the rear terrace, which is also furnished with a table. The first bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower are also located on the ground floor. Two further bedrooms are available on the upper floor. One bedroom has two single beds, the second bedroom has a double bed and both have an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms on the first floor have fantastic views of the surrounding area, plenty of light and built-in wardrobes.

The interior of the house is bright and airy and has been furnished with an ideal balance between modern and traditional.

Finca Angelina has a large garden with lawns. The pool is surrounded by sun terraces. The beautiful terrace overlooking the garden and pool is divided into a lounge and dining area. The finca has a great barbecue area with a pizza/bread oven and a brick barbecue. A second terrace with a dining table is located behind the house. A table tennis table and parking space for several cars are available.

The minimum stay is one week, and arrival and departure are only possible on Saturdays.
Cleaning and linen change are included in the price.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
