Finca Biniflor is situated in a quiet, rural setting, surrounded by nature and offering magnificent views of the region. The small town of Felanitx is about 4 kilometres away. It takes just a few minutes’ drive to reach the popular village of Cas Concos, the south-east coast for swimming, or the Vall d’Or golf course. Felanitx is a small town with a pedestrianised area, shops, traditional cafés and restaurants. On Sundays, a colourful market takes place in the narrow streets of the old town. Cas Concos is a tranquil little village with some excellent restaurants. The nearest beaches are in Cala d’Or, with its famous seven coves and lively pedestrianised area featuring boutiques and restaurants to suit every taste. The atmosphere is more elegant at the upmarket marina, where the restaurant terraces offer a superb view of the maritime hustle and bustle.

Facilities

Finca Biniflor is a traditional country-style finca. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

On the ground floor there is an open-plan kitchen with an adjoining dining area. The cosy living room opens onto the terrace and pool area. Also on the ground floor are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, which share a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor is a further bedroom with two single beds, a private terrace and an en-suite bathroom.

The bedrooms are fitted with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. The air conditioning operates on a fixed schedule from 8.00 pm to 8.00 am.

Pricelist

The minimum stay is one week; arrival and departure are only possible on Saturdays.
Final cleaning is included in the price.
One change of bed linen, one change of towels and a light interim clean are included for stays of two weeks.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
