Location

Finca Caló des Moro is located approximately 1,5 kilometres from Cala S'Almonia/Calo Es Moro in the middle of fields and meadows. The two coves are very romantic and beautiful. Access is strictly limited and parking only allowed with a special permit. Guests of Finca Cap des Moro will benefit from this permit for the duration of their vacations. A real bonus of this holiday home!

Es Llombards is a small country village in the South of the island which has kept much of its original rural charm and character. The village square and the main road lined with cafés, restaurants and a bakery. Shopping facilities, like supermarkets, pharmacies and boutiques are available in the neighbouring villages Ses Salines and Santanyi, just as a fine selection of restaurants and traditional bars.

Santanyi is a country village popular for its lovely old town, the colourful market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, the elegant restaurants and trendy boutiques. The closest beach is Cala Llombards. This deep sandy bay has crystal clear waters perfect for snorkelling and a beach restaurant complete with sun bed hire. Another highlight of this region is the Es Trenc beach with its Caribbean feel. This beach is in approximately 10 minutes driving distance. For a casual sun downer or dinner with views of the sea and the idyllic fishing harbours, Cala Figuera or Colonia Sant Jordi are a good choice.

Facilities

Finca Caló des Moro is furnished in a modern and comfortable style. The house has an open-plan living area with sofa, wood burning oven, dining table and a kitchen with breakfast bar. The sleeping area is on the same floor, towards the back of the house. It consists of a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, both sharing one bathroom with a shower. Finca Cap des Moro is an ideal place for a family holiday with children or a romantic hideaway for a couple.

All rooms are fitted with air-conditioning h/c, their use is not included in the price. They are connected to a dedicated electric meter and costs will be charged directly on site at 0,30 €/kWh.

Finca Caló des Moro offers a nice outdoor area with a large pool, veranda with a brick-built BBQ, sink and work top. There is one dining table on the veranda and a second one in the shades of an old olive tree. Towards the entrance gates of the plot there is a garage, which is being used as a utility room.

Pricelist

Minimum stay is one week, additional days can be added.
Bookings from Saturday to Saturday are preferred.
Once off extras for final cleaning are 120 €.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
