Location

Finca Camilla is located in walking distance to the beautiful old town of Pollensa. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Facilities

Finca Camilla is a holiday home, designed and furnished in a traditional country house style. Wooden ceiling beams, traditional floor tiling and the decoration create a welcoming and cosy ambience. All rooms are on the same floor. The well maintained house offers a sunny and bright living room with a large panoramic window overlooking the pool and the Puig de Maria. An archway is connecting the living room with the dining room, which is fitted with a large dining table. The kitchen is fully fitted and offers a breakfast table and direct access to the covered terrace. The house has 3 bedrooms, one is a double bedroom with bathroom en-suite and the others are twin bedrooms, which are sharing one bathroom. There is also a guest toilet.

The bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning h/c running on a timer. Operation time: 14:00 to 16:00 hrs and 20:00 to 08:00 hrs.

Exterior

Finca Camilla offers a large, shaded terrace with marvellous views of the Puig de Maria. The terrace is fitted with comfortable wicker chairs and a table to enjoy some drinks or relax after dinner and a large dining table with rustic benches. The private pool is surrounded bay lawns and offers plenty of space to set up the sun loungers and soak up the sun. There is also a BBQ-grill and an area to park at least two rental cars. The plot is fully fenced.

Minimum stay is one week, additional days can be added.
