The traditional Mallorcan stone-built finca Can Pascal is located close to the village Es Carritxo in the Southeast of the island. This area is popular for the soft rolling hills and perfect rural tranquility. Beaches, sports facilities and nice holiday villages are at close reach. Within minutes by car are the nice fishing village of Porto Colom with many excellent restaurants, the market village of Santanyi or the lively holiday resort Cala d'Or. The charming Southeast coast is famous for fine sandy beaches and quiet coves and offers many possiblities for long hiking or cycling tours. The premier league golf course of Vall d'Or is at 10 minutes travelling distance from the house and there is a wide variety of watersport activities available in Cala d'Or and Porto Colom.

Facilities

The former farmhouse was renovated in 2007 and turned into a charming holiday home. The modern furniture used throughout creates an exciting contrast to the historic character of the finca Can Pascal. 4 bedrooms, one living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms are spread on two floors. The fifth double bedroom with shower cabinet is in a small bungalow at the poolside terrace. The cosy and spacious living room offers splendid views of the surrounding countryside. The holiday home has been furnished and fitted with all modern facilities and has central heating in all rooms.

The farmhouse is attached to the next-door house, but enjoys privacy and is protected from views thanks to terraced building and the lush vegetation.

Exterior

The finca Can Pascal is set on a terraced plot with lawns, trees and Mediterranean vegetation. The pool area and the terraces enjoy marvellous countryside views. There is a dining table sitting 10 on the terrace and another one next to the stone-built BBQ, shaded by old pine trees. Sunbeds are available on the poolside terrace. The house has a beach volleyball field.

Minimum stay is one week. Arrival and departure only on Saturdays.
Final cleaning and towel change once per week are incl. in price.
For a stay of 2 weeks there is also a linen change and light cleaning included in the price.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
