Market day is Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, attracting many locals and visitors alike. The area around Llucmajor is very popular with cyclists, offering a nice network of routes. Palma's old town is the best destination for an afternoon of shopping and sight seeing and it is only a short drive away. The beaches of Es Trenc and Sa Rápita are all within 20 to 25 minutes reach. Facilities

Finca Casa de Ensueño is a very pretty holiday home and furnished with a lot of attention to detail. The main entrance of the house is by the terrace, which opens to a large living and dining room with views of the garden and the pool. One bedroom is just off the living room and is fitted with a lounge and a double bedroom. It has doors to the garden. On the opposite side of the living room, which is fitted with comfortable sofas and a working fireplace, there is a small corridor, which leads to one bathroom with a shower and the master bedroom with a grand double bed, bathroom en-suite, dressing room and direkt access to the garden. Another corridor form the living room is leading to two double bedrooms and another bathroom with a shower as well as to the kitchen and an adjoining laundry room. The kitchen is fully fitted and very complete!

All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning.

Die Finca Casa de Ensueño is surrounded by beautiful and mature gardens with palm trees and flowering bushes. There is a large, covered terrace with a dining table and views of the pool. The plot offers various seating areas and a summer kitchen with barbecue, sink, induction cooking field, fridge and worktop. There is also a ping pong table and parking for sereral cars is available on the grounds.

Pricelist

Minimum stay is one week. Extra days can be added.
Final cleaning will be charged with 250 €.
On arrival a credit card, will be charged with a deposit of 350 €. After departure, and once the house has been checked and approved by house keeping, the deposit will be refunded accordingly.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
