Location

Finca Cirer is located in Crestatx, a quiet residential area between Sa Pobla and Pollensa in the north of Mallorca. With good transport links to the sandy beaches and towns of the north coast and Palma, it is the ideal starting point for exploring the island. Cyclists will find many challenging routes right on the doorstep.

The area around Sa Pobla is predominantly agricultural and is considered the island's vegetable garden. The town itself has a beautiful centre with typical island cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities and is lively all year round. The town is about 3.5 kilometres away.

Pollensa is about 10.5 kilometres away. Pollensa is one of the most beautiful towns on the island with a charming old town and an extensive pedestrian zone with traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays, a popular market takes place in the narrow streets, and during the week you can enjoy watching everyday life in one of the cafés on the central Plaza Mayor.

The lively harbour of Puerto Pollensa has a long promenade with stunning views of Pollensa Bay and Cap Formentor, shops, boutiques and countless restaurants to suit every taste and budget. The long sandy beach offers good facilities with several beach bars, freshwater showers and sun lounger hire. The shallow entry makes this stretch of coast particularly family-friendly.

The area around Pollensa is equally popular with cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers alike thanks to its challenging mountain routes. Everyone can find their favourite route here. Golfers have several golf courses to choose from in the surrounding area. A wide range of water sports are available in Pollensa Bay, which is one of the most beautiful areas for surfers and sailors.

The port of Puerto Alcúdia is about 13.5 km away. This is also where the beautiful, kilometre-long sandy beach of Alcúdia Bay (Playa de Muro) begins. The town of Alcúdia has a very pretty, historic centre with a pedestrian zone, restaurants, cafés and good shopping facilities. The port of Puerto Alcúdia offers a colourful range of leisure activities and a varied nightlife, as well as a variety of restaurants, from exclusive to family-friendly, on the harbour promenade. The almost 7-kilometre-long sandy beach of Alcúdia Bay has fine sand and slopes gently into the sea. Water lovers will find a wide range of water sports here, and surfers and kitesurfers will find it a rewarding spot!

Facilities

Finca Cirer is a charming house in Crestax, a quiet residential area between Sa Pobla and Pollensa. This romantic holiday home is surrounded by beautiful gardens and has a large private pool.

The house is furnished in a contemporary style and has plenty of natural light and traditional features such as exposed beams and terracotta tiles, which create a cosy atmosphere. The house has a fully equipped American-style kitchen and an open-plan living-dining room with a wood-burning stove and direct access to the outdoor terrace. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

Air conditioning with fixed operating hours from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.
