Finca Colon is set in a very quiet location between Felantix and Cas Concos and is furnished in the style of a traditional Mallorcan country estate. It has a beautiful garden, private pool and a covered porch complete with outdoor kitchen. The property offers 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and air-conditioning throughout. The sixth bedroom is in a separate guest house.

Location
The finca Colon is located in a rural area between Cas Concos and Felanitx. This lively small town has preserved the typical Mallorca character and offers shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés as well as a colourful Sunday market. The picturesque village Cas Concos has a number of excellent restaurants. The beaches and bays of the south-east coast are in 10 to 15 minutes travelling distance, Cas Concos and Felanitx are about 3 to 5 minutes away by car.

Facilities
Finca Colon is very well kept and furnished in a traditional Mallorcan style. It underwent extended renovation in 2017/2018. Selected antiques and attention to detail are there to underline the original character of the historic building.

First floor:
3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom en-suite, 1 bathroom with bathtub, study.
There is a separate guest house adjoining the covered porch with one bedroom (twin beds) and a shower-bath.

The highlight of Finca Colon is the magnificent outdoor area with pool, garden, playground, table tennis, porch overlooking the pool and complete with summer kitchen and a large dining table. The lavish gardens offer a magnificent variety of Mediterranean plants, palm trees and trees. The trees provide natural shade and there are extensive lawns to play. There is a small fish-pond in front of the house which is not fenced.

Use of the air-conditioning will be charged as follows:
10 kW per day for use of A/C are included. This corresponds to a normal use of the A/C (not 24 hrs though).
Everything exceeding this 10 kW will be charged at 0,30 € per kWh. The A/C appliances are running on a separate electric meter.
Minimum stay is one week, individual days can be added.
Weekly cleaning and linen change are included.
All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.

The owners are pleased to arrange the visit of the nearby vineyard Vi D'Auba including wine tasting. This is an exclusive offer by the owner and won't be charged extra.
The house is attached to the neighbour's house but the porche and the pool area are fully protected from views.
