Finca Cortes is located in the beautiful La Font area between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa.
The impressive and charming old town of Pollensa is only 2,5 kilometres away and is particularly beautiful. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.
The vivid harbour of Pollensa at 5 kilometres distance has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.
The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Facilities
Finca Cortes combines modern amenities with the tradicional style of a traditional country house. The historic part of the house was carefully renovated and modernised with a lot of attention to detail. A modern annex has been added, combining old and new to perfection to create a comfortable, yet contemporary ambience.
On the ground floor there is an open plan living area, split into a comfortable lounge and a dining room. Floor to ceiling sliding doors give access to the covered dining terrace and the pool area. The ground floor is complemented by a modern and fully fitted kitchen with a laundry and storage room and a guest toilet.
The first floor offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a bathroom en-suite, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom are sharing the second bathroom, which is fitted with a walk-in shower cabin. All bedrooms offer air conditioning. In line with local energy saving initiatives, these are running on a timer from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 07:00 AM – these times cannot be extended and/or changed.
The county house offers the prefect setting for cyclists, families with children and those enjoying to spend their holidays surrounded by nature, valleys and mountains.

Finca Cortes offers a private pool and a nice garden with lawns and several terraces. The covered terrace towards the poolside is fitted with a dining table and a splendid BBQ-kitchen with sink, worktop and BBQ-grill. A second terrace is fitted with comfortable lounge furniture. Further amenities include an outdoor shower room with toilet, a ping-pong table and a covered car port for 2 cars. The plot is fenced and there are 6 comfortalbe sun loungers.
