Finca Encanto is set on a plot of approximately 40.000 squaremeters and has easy access to Porto Cristo and Cala Angulia. This part of the East coast is particularly popular for the romantic coves, sandy, family friendly beaches and the picuturesque marina of Porto Cristo. Manacor is within 15 minutes reach by car and offers an appealing pedestrian zone with shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés. In addition the finca is ideally located for golfers as the popular courses of Canyamel, Costa de los Pinos, Pula Golf, Capdepera, Vall d'Or and Son Antem within 20 to 30 minutes reach. The finca is set on a large plot of land only 3 km from Porto Cristo and 2 km from the beaches of Cala Anguila and Cala Mandia.
For casual evening entertainment both Porto Colom and Porto Cristo are a good choice, offering cosy restaurants, with national or international cuisine, cafés, pubs and clubs.

Facilities

High ceilings, modern architecture and bright, friendly colours are what make Finca Encanto so appealing. The finca has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 7 people in the main house and 2 people in the studio apartment.

Main house: The open-plan living and dining area has a cosy sitting area with an open fireplace and a fully equipped American kitchen. Several glass doors lead to the covered terrace and pool area. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with 2 single beds (A/C), a single bedroom (without A/C) and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor is an inviting gallery with a small dining table and a sofa corner. Two further bedrooms with double beds (A/C) share the second bathroom with shower. Three bedrooms and the living area have air conditioning.

Next to the main finca is a studio apartment for two people. The studio has a living area of approximately 60 square metres, a bedroom with two single beds, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a living and dining room.

The large pool of Finca Encanto is surrounded by sun terraces, lawns and gardens with lush vegetation and trees providing natural shade. There are sun loungers, sunshades and an outdoor shower for an enjoyable day by the pool. The porch has a summer kitchen, BBQ and a table for 6 and is the perfect spot to enjoy the splendid views of the country side or a dinner al fresco.

Occupancy of up to 7 persons

Prices for up to 7 include the use of the main house only. The studio apartment will be closed. Prices 2027 on request.

Prices for up to 9 include use of the main house and the studio apartment. Prices 2027 on request.

Minimum stay is one week, extra days can be booked.
Weekly cleaning and linen change are included in the price.

All prices include the ‘Ecotasa’ tax required by law from 1. July 2016.
