Location

The holiday home is located in the centre of the island just a few minutes from the picturesque village of Vilafranca. This lovely part of the island is the perfect spot to experience the real Mallorca, to relax and unwind and to enjoy the beautiful countryside. The small village offers shopping facilities, bars and restaurants. Manacor, the second largest town of Mallorca is only 15 minutes drive away. The pedestrian area of the town centre offers a good selection of shops, restaurants and facilities. The fine sandy beaches of the South-east coast are approx. 25 minutes drive away. The active traveller will enjoy the proximity to Palma for shopping and sightseeing, the biking tracks of the area and the possibility to play a round of golf on one of the demanding golf courses around the island's capital.

Facilities

This large estate offer three individual buildings. The main Finca has a living area of approx. 200 m², the Casa offers 70 m² and the Casita 25 m². The houses are surrounded by individual terraces to relax and enjoy sun or shade.

The Finca (main building) has been renovated in 2016 with a lot of attention to detail. It is furnished with modern, quality furniture and offers 200 m² of living area on two floors. The ground floor is open plan with the marvellous white kitchen as a centre piece and enjoys a lot of natural light. There is a comfortable lounge area in front of the fireplace and separate TV room, so everybody can be comfortable and relax in the ambience of his choice. One bedroom with bathroom en-suite completes the ground floor.

The first floor offers two bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite. All bedrooms have high quality beds, the bathrooms are spacious and fitted with walk-in showers.

The large open terrace offers space for 12 people and is completed by a covered terrace.

The house has underfloor heating and is comfortable all year.

The smaller Casa for 2 people is furnished with high quality furniture and finishings. The combination of light colours, dark wooden beams and a cream stone floor gives the rooms an airy and inviting ambience. Large french doors provide free views of the marvellous countryside. The house offers an open plan living area on two levels. The main living room offers kitchen, lounge and wood-burning stove and is connected to the dining area over two steps. The separate bedroom and bathroom are on the same level. All rooms have direct access to the terrace. Living area and kitchen are equipped with current technology and appliances, the bedroom has built-in wardrobes. The farmhouse sleeps two adults and one infant and has terraces surrounding the house.

The smallest unit is the Casita, which offers one bedroom and a bathroom with shower en-suite and a small terrace.

The buildings are separate, giving a large group space and privacy. Between Finca and Casa is a space of about 30 m. Between Finca and Casita 10 m, between Casa and Casita again 30 m.

The estate is ideal for groups or families with children and grandparents, as everybody can enjoy his individual home.

Exterior

The holiday home is set on a large plot with old trees and Mediterranean vegetation. All terrace and the pool area offer splendid views of the countryside. All buildings have individual terraces, which are furnished with table and chairs, sun loungers and sun shades. The main house has an ample terrace with dining table for 10 as well as a shades sitting area and a brick-built BBQ.

Minimum stay is one week, extra days can be booked
Weekly towel and linen change are included, cleaning once per week as well.

The residence can be booked for up to 12 people, which would include all three buildings. As an alternative the house for 2 can be booked individually, adding the small Casita or not. Finally, the main house can be booked individually for 8 people. In any of those cases, buildings not included in the booking will be kept shut and not be rented to third parties.

From June to September it is only possible to book for a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 people.
From January to May and from October to December it is possible to book for 2 (Casa), 4 (Casa + Casita) or 6 to 12 people.

A security deposit of 500,-€ is due on arrival and will be returned on departure

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
