A deposit of €300 will be charged to a credit card to be nominated in advance prior to arrival, which will be refunded after departure following inspection and approval of the house by the property management.
Final cleaning is included. For stays of ten days or more an intermediary cleaning with linen change is included.
Minimum stay is one week, additional days can be added.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
