Cas Concos is only a little drive away and offers a small supermarket, bakery and some excellent restaurants. The finca enjoys complete privacy, surrounded by fields, groves and trees, which are part of the property. The extensive grounds are ideal for long walks or to be explored by bike. The views up to San Salvador are truly spectacular and can be enjoyed best from the pool terraces and the private terrace of the master suite.

The finca Ferrer offers 5 bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms and is furnished with selected antiques. This exceptional property combines the charm of previous times with modern comfort.

Distribution:

Ground floor: Living room with open, fully equipped kitchen and dining table for 10. Television lounge with sofa.

First floor:

Ample lounge, 4 bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom en-suite. Two with double beds, two twin bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower/bathtub.

Top floor:

Master bedroom with bathroom en-suite (shower) and private terrace. This bedroom is accessed via a steep and narrow staircase, and is thus not suitable for small children or elderly persons. It offers a lot of space, private terrace with exceptional views and a minibar .

The separate guest apartment adjoining the pool offers one bedroom with bathroom en-suite and a kitchenette.

All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning, which is running on a timer and only during the night.
On the ground floor there is a pellet burner. The use is optional and the pellets are not included in the rental price.

Air conditioning: All bedrooms and the flat are equipped with air conditioning h/c. Use is optional and can be booked for €15.00/night. The operating hours are set at 22:00 - 08:00. To be paid on arrival.

Off-season (April, May, October, November: There is a pellet stove on the ground floor. Use is optional and is charged at € 10.00 per day. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning h/c, the operating times are limited to the night. Use is optional and is charged at € 15.00 per day in the low season. To be paid on arrival.

Pricelist

A deposit of 500 € will be charged on arrival and will be returned on departure, given everything is in order.
Minimum stay is one week, extra days can be booked
The final cleaning is included in the price. If a change of bed linen and towels is required, this will be charged at € 150.00.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
