Location

Finca Flor de la Vida is located between Felanitx and Son Macia in the area of Son Prohens. The house is elevated and offers peace, relaxation and a fantastic view over the entire centre of the island to the monastery of Sant Salvador, the island of Cabrera and the Tramuntana Mountains on the opposite side.

Manacor is only about 10 minutes away by car. In the centre there is an extensive pedestrian zone with boutiques, restaurants and cafés, and there are also several large supermarkets and drugstores.

The lively town of Felanitx is about 8 minutes away by car. The centre of this town has retained its typical Mallorcan character and offers shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés as well as a large weekly market on Sundays.

The finca is a good starting point for excursions to the beaches and small bays of the south-east coast (approx. 20 minutes by car) or to explore the island.

Facilities

Finca Flor de la Vida is a family-friendly holiday home for upmarket requirements. The finca is elegantly and tastefully furnished, with most rooms enjoying the fantastic panoramic views of this exceptional house. The living area is kept completely open and has a comfortable lounge, dining area and an open kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. The beautiful fireplace and the existing underfloor heating create a cosy atmosphere and a beautiful ambience even during the cooler months.

The finca has 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedroom share an en-suite bathroom, which is located between the two bedrooms and is accessible from both.

A staircase leads to the 4th bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom and fantastic views. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and hydro-massage tub and is very comfortable.

Air conditioning in 3 bedrooms, or in case of open connecting door in bedrooms 2 and 3 on the ground floor in all bedrooms.

Outside there is a sauna with relaxation room, which can be booked on request and for an extra charge. A massage chair in the anteroom completes this offer.

Finca Flor de la Vida offers a spacious and beautifully landscaped outdoor area with a fantastic panoramic view and a large infinity pool. A path leads through the garden with its shrubs, Mediterranean plants and a herb garden. Here you can discover a variety of places to take in the unique surroundings and enjoy the view. At the pool there is a pool house with outdoor kitchen, mobile BBQ grill and dining table, behind this pool house is the sauna with relaxation room.

The pool is surrounded by a large pool terrace, which is equipped with high-quality sun loungers. At the house itself there is a sun terrace with another dining table and a comfortable seating area. The ideal place to enjoy a sundowner during one of the spectacular sunsets.

Pricelist

Minimum stay is one week, individual days can be added.
Intermediate cleaning as well as a linen change for a stay of 10 days or more are included in the price.
The use of the air conditioning is optional and will be charged with 30,00 €/day directly on site. The price is calculated on the entire rental period.
The use of the heating is optional and will be charged with 30,00 €/day directly on site. The price is calculated on the entire rental period.
The use of the sauna is optional and will be charged with 35,00 € directly on site. Sauna towels are included in this price. The price is calculated on the entire rental period.
A deposit of 1,000 € is payable by credit card before arrival, which will be released within 5 working days after departure if no defects are found during the acceptance/final cleaning. The tenant is liable for damages exceeding the amount of the deposit.
Breakfast service, additional cleaning, shopping service etc. can be booked via housekeeping in consultation and for an additional charge.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.

• Children are welcome, each baby cot is charged at 10,00 €/day, a high chair is available free of charge. There is a maximum of 2 baby cots available.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Pool/beach towels are included in the price.
• Sauna, air conditioning and heating are optional and can be booked by prior arrangement and at extra charge (see above).
• The organisation of parties and celebrations is expressly prohibited.
• No youth groups or groups whose participants are all under 25 years old.
• This is a non-smoking finca. Smoking is expressly prohibited indoors.
• Check-in on the day of arrival from 16:00.
