Finca Jana is set in the quiet countryside between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa in an area called Llenaire. The property has delightful views of the countryside best enjoyed in the mature and lush garden. The lively port and the popular old town of Pollensa are both within about 4 kilometres distance.

In Pollensa, the narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Facilities

Finca Jana is a very charming and cosy stone-built country home in the quiet area between Pollensa and Port Pollensa called Llenaire. The house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The holiday home is lovingly furnished in a modern country house style, with lot of attention to detail and enjoys a lot of natural sunlight. All rooms are on the same floor. The living room is ample and sunny and is next to the fully fitted kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms, all of them fitted with air-conditioning running on a timer. Two of the bedrooms are twins, the third bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has a bathroom en-suite.

Finca Jana has mature, lush gardens and various terraces. It offers plenty of space to soak up the sun or relax in the shade of one of the porches. Next to the pool, there is a BBQ house with a small outdoor kitchen, which features a worktop, sink and a brick-built BBQ. There are also modern sun loungers next to the pool. Towards the back of the house there is an area to park the cars as well as a ping-pong table.
