The Tramuntana Mountains, which stretch along the outskirts of Pollença and tower over the island’s west coast, are among Mallorca’s most iconic landmarks. And it is precisely here, nestled in the wooded slopes of the Ca’n Bosc valley, that Finca Julieta is situated in a location that is undoubtedly unique.

Finca Julieta is situated approximately 4.5 kilometres from Pollensa. The beautiful old town of Pollensa boasts an extensive pedestrianised area with traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays, a popular market takes place in the narrow streets, whilst during the week you can enjoy watching the hustle and bustle of everyday life from one of the cafés on the central Plaza Mayor.

The bustling harbour of Puerto Pollensa is just a few kilometres away and features a long seafront promenade with stunning views of Pollensa Bay and Cap Formentor, as well as shops, boutiques and countless restaurants to suit every taste and budget. The long, sandy beach offers good facilities, including several beach bars, freshwater showers and sun lounger hire. The gentle slope into the water makes this stretch of coastline particularly family-friendly.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers alike thanks to its challenging mountain routes. Everyone can find their favourite route here. Golfers have several courses to choose from in the surrounding area. A wide range of water sports is available in Pollensa Bay, which is considered one of the most beautiful spots for surfers and sailors.

Maintained with care and great pride, it offers the perfect retreat for a small group or a couple looking for a spacious, well-equipped holiday home where they can relax and enjoy the best of both worlds.

From the long, covered terrace at the front, you enter an open-plan living/dining room that is both inviting and well-furnished, and also features air conditioning.

On one side is the beautifully tiled kitchen with oak-fronted cupboards and a range of modern appliances, including a ceramic hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a built-in dishwasher and a fridge-freezer with digital temperature control.

This property can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms. Each of the air-conditioned bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom with a bath or shower. The en-suite bathroom attached to the double bedroom is considerably larger than usual and features striking fittings, as well as a separate shower cubicle in addition to the bath and two washbasins. The shower room at the rear of the finca, which belongs to the twin bedroom, is particularly atmospheric as it has been built directly into the hillside, meaning that an entire wall is made of natural rock.

Exterior

On one side of Finca Julieta lies a landscaped garden, but most of your holiday will no doubt be spent by the large oval swimming pool and on the spacious terraces. From these vantage points, you can fully enjoy the breathtaking views of the monastery atop the Puig de Maria, the entire Bay of Pollença including the Formentor and Cabo Pinar peninsulas, the valleys of Boquer and Cala Sant Vicenc, and on particularly clear days, even as far as Menorca.

Surrounded by densely wooded slopes with holm oaks, olive trees and carob trees, Finca Julieta also offers an extremely impressive backdrop of towering mountain faces, over which birds of prey such as eagles and falcons regularly circle.

Children are welcome; a cot and a high chair are provided free of charge.
Each additional high chair is charged at €25 per week, and each additional cot at €45 per week. Bookings for additional cots/high chairs can be accepted up to a maximum of 2 weeks before arrival.
