Finca Julieta is located in about 1,6 kilometres distance to the beautiful old town of Pollensa in an area with mostly holiday homes and the famous Can Vidalet vineyards nearby. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Finca Julieta is a cosy and comfortable holiday home in the traditional finca style. All rooms are on the same floor. The house offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. There is an open-plan living/dining room with a well equipped kitchen. Air-conditioning is available in all bedrooms with fixed operating hours.
