The lively harbour of Puerto Pollensa has a long promenade with stunning views of Pollensa Bay and Cap Formentor, shops, boutiques and countless restaurants to suit every taste and budget. The long sandy beach offers good facilities with several beach bars, freshwater showers and sun lounger hire. The shallow entry makes this stretch of coast particularly family-friendly.

Pollensa is about 10 minutes away. The town is one of the most beautiful on the island and has a charming old town and a spacious pedestrian zone with traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays, a popular market takes place in the narrow streets, and during the week you can watch everyday life unfold in one of the cafés on the central Plaza Mayor.

The area around Pollensa is equally popular with cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers for its challenging mountain routes. Everyone will find their favourite route here. Golfers have several golf courses to choose from in the surrounding area. A wide range of water sports are available in Pollensa Bay, which is one of the most beautiful areas for surfers and sailors.

In the opposite direction, Alcúdia is just a few minutes' drive away. This small town has a beautiful historic centre with a pedestrian zone, restaurants, cafés and good shopping facilities. The harbour, Puerto Alcúdia, offers a colourful range of leisure activities and a varied nightlife, as well as a variety of restaurants, from exclusive to family-friendly, on the harbour promenade. The almost 7-kilometre-long sandy beach of the Bay of Alcudia has fine sand and slopes gently into the sea. Facilities

Finca Luna is a comfortable holiday home in a beautiful location between Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa. The finca has a spacious outdoor area and high-quality furnishings. The finca is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. There is also a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, which share a bathroom. A staircase leads to the first floor, where a hallway leads to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom, as well as a bathroom with shower. On the top floor, there is an attractive covered terrace with sofas and a table tennis table, offering unobstructed views of the Mallorcan countryside.

The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Operating hours: 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Die große, überdachte Terrasse hat einen schönen Blick auf Garten und Poolbereich und ist mit Esstisch und Loungemöbeln ausgestattet. Der große private Pool ist 8 m x 4 m groß und über eine römische Treppe zugänglich. Bequeme Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirme stehen den Gästen zur Verfügung.Vom Poolbereich mit großem, privaten Pool genießt man einen schönen Landschaftsblick. Stellplätze sind vorhanden.

The minimum stay is one week, but individual days can be added.
Cleaning and linen change are included in the price.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
