Location

Finca Mariana is set in the beautiful and tranquil rural surroundings Cas Concos, a picturesque and popular village, which is at about 2,5 kilometres distance. In its centre there are some smaller shops for daily grocery shopping, a bakery, coffee shops and some excellent restaurants. Only a short drive away is the beautiful village of Santanyi which is very popular with travellers for its beautiful town centre with boutiques, restaurants and shops and its colourful market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Even closer is the country town Felanitx (approx.4 km). The cobbled alleys around the impressive church are nice for a short stroll in the afternoon and are framed by typical local shops, cafés and traditional restaurants.

The closest beaches are to be found in Cala d'Or, which has no less than seven sandy bays or as an alternative there is the long sandy beach of the Cala Mondragó nature reserve close to Porto Petro. Cala d'Or is a typical holiday resort offering all the amenities, leisure activities and restaurant variety to complement a perfect holiday.

The Southeast of Mallorca is furthermore full of possibilities for those who like to work out and enjoy a good challenge during their holidays. Cyclers will appreciate the diverse landscape, which offers tours for all levels. The Vall d'Or golf course has one of the most spectacular sea views and a challenging greens. The small coves along the coastline are perfect for snorkelling and diving and close to the finca are some farms offering horse riding activities.

Facilities

Finca Mariana is a comfortable and cosy holiday home with two floors. A quite impressive entrance hall gives way to the sunny living/dining area with fireplace and large doors towards the terrace, which has fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. On the same level there is the fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table and a laundry room with washing machine. There are also two double bedrooms with marvellous views of the countryside, sharing one bathroom with a shower. A staircase is ascending to the first floor and the master bedroom with a private terrace, two double bedrooms and a single bedroom, sharing another bathroom with bathtub. There is an additional exterior bathroom with a shower at pool level. All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning running on a timer (21:00 h to 09:00 h).

Exterior

The main terrace of Finca Mariana is fitted with a dining table and a chill-out area and is overlooking the pool and the marvellous countryside. A few steps are descending to the pool area with sun terrace and Roman steps. The pool is fully fenced making it safe for smaller children and infants. There is another terrace which has access to a shower room with toilet. The garden has a part with lawns, a brick-built BBQ and different areas around the house to sit down and enjoy the tranquility and the marvellous countryside.

Minimum stay is one week, additional days can be added.
Final cleaning and towel change once per week are incl. in price.
For a stay of 2 weeks there is also a linen change and light cleaning included in the price.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
