Location
Finca Marineta is located between Manacor and San Lorenzo overlooking the countryside.
San Lorenzo is one of the Mallorcan villages to preserve its authenticity and original flair. Live takes place around the church, in the shady little alleys. Here neighbours will meet for a coffee and a chat in one of the bars or take a break on the village square to exchange the latest news. Shopping facilities, banks, pharmacies etc. can all be found in the small pedestrian zone. Don't miss to visit one of the excellent local restaurants. Finca Perez is at approximately 3.5 kilometres distance to the town centre.
Manacor is the second largest town on the island and offers a large pedestrian zone with modern shops, latest brands, boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants. There are a number of large supermarkets to do the grocery shopping. Monday is market day with stall spreading all over the town's centre. The centre of Manacor is at a distance of approximately 6 kilometres from Finca Perez.
Towards the coast is Porto Cristo with its picturesque marina, seaside promenade and small sandy beach. It is only a short and easy drive away (approx. 17 kilometres). The large beaches of the east coast like S'Illot are about 16 kilometres away, the beaches of the north east coast about 26 kilometres.
No less than 5 golf courses are in a distance between 17 and 25 kilometres. While the area around San Lorenza, Manacor and Arta is very attractive for cyclers and hikers alike.

Facilities
Finca Marineta has been renovated with a lot of attention to detail keeping a lot of the original features and preserving its outstanding charm. It is furnished in the traditional style of a Mallorcan country house. The rooms of the first floor and the terrace offer spectacular views of the countryside. On the ground floor there is the fully fitted kitchen, complete with an ancient fireplace, adjoining pantry and a breakfast table. The sunny living room and a separate dining room with an impressive wooden table are also on the ground floor. Two twin bedrooms and one bathroom with a bathtub are completing this floor. On the first floor there are three more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a terrace. The fourth bathroom is an exterior bathroom with shower. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms.

Finca Marineta offers extensive grounds with gardens, lawns, a large pool and various open air dining areas offering splendid views of the countryside. A very special space is the former barn, which has been turned into a dining area decorated with genuine historic tools and open towards the garden. It is furnished with a large dining table and has a barbecue area complete with sink and worktop. Above the pool and sun terrace, there is a simple guest toilet.

A deposit of 300 € will be due on arrival and will be returned on departure.

The electricity expense is not included in the price and will be charged at 105,00 € per week, payable in cash on arrival.
Cleaning and linen change are included in the price.
All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
