Location

Finca Nina is located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa and only approx. 4 km from the sandy beach of the bay of Pollensa. The ideal place for a family holiday in a quiet location, but not far from restaurants, beaches and the hustle and bustle of nearby Puerto Pollensa.

The centre of Pollensa can be reached in a few minutes by car. Pollensa is one of the most beautiful towns on the island with a charming old town and an extensive pedestrianised area with traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays, a popular market takes place in the narrow streets, while during the week you can enjoy watching everyday life in one of the cafés in the central Plaza Mayor.

The lively harbour of Puerto Pollensa has a long promenade with magnificent views of the Bay of Pollensa and Cap Formentor, shops, boutiques and countless restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The long sandy beach offers a good infrastructure with several beach bars, freshwater showers and sunbed hire. The shallow entrance makes this stretch of coast particularly family-friendly.

With its challenging mountain routes, the area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers alike. Everyone will find their favourite route here. Golfers have several golf courses in the area at their disposal. There is a wide range of water sports on offer in the bay of Pollensa, which is one of the most beautiful spots for surfers and sailors.

In the opposite direction, you can reach Alcúdia in approx. 15 minutes by car. This small town offers a very beautiful, historic town centre with a pedestrian zone, restaurants, cafés and good shopping facilities. The associated harbour Puerto Alcúdia offers a colourful range of leisure activities and varied nightlife, as well as a variety of restaurants from exclusive to family-friendly on the harbour promenade. The almost 7 kilometre long sandy beach in the bay of Alcudia is fine sandy and slopes gently into the sea. Water rats will find a wide range of water sports on offer here and surfers and kite surfers will find a rewarding spot!

Facilities

Finca Nina is located just a short drive from Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa on a beautifully landscaped plot surrounded by fig and almond groves. The finca is comfortably furnished, has air conditioning and is equipped with all modern conveniences.

The living room is cosily furnished and open to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast nook. Large patio doors lead from the living area onto a furnished, covered terrace with views of the garden and pool.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite).

Finca Nina is situated on a beautiful garden plot and is surrounded by almond and fig trees and magnificent palm trees. The private pool is located at the front of the house and is surrounded by a sun terrace. The house has a large covered and furnished terrace with a brick BBQ grill. A table tennis table is available under a well-shaded carport. Parking space for one or two cars is available.

Pricelist

From 28.06.2025 until 22.08.2025 the arrival / departure is only possible on Saturdays

Minimum stay is one week, individual extra days are possible out of season.
Final cleaning is included in the price.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
