Location

Finca Pájaro is located just 2 kilometres outside Cala Sant Vicenç, a picturesque coastal town with two sandy beaches and beautiful bays. The crystal-clear water is a paradise for divers and snorkelling fans. Shopping facilities for daily needs are available directly in the village, as well as several restaurants.

The beautiful old town of Pollensa has an extensive pedestrianised area with traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays, a popular market takes place in the narrow alleyways, while during the week you can enjoy watching everyday life in one of the cafés in the central Plaza Mayor.

The lively harbour of Puerto Pollensa is around 6 kilometres away and has a long promenade with wonderful views of the bay of Pollensa and Cap Formentor, shops, boutiques and countless restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The long sandy beach offers a good infrastructure with several beach bars, freshwater showers and sunbed hire. The shallow entrance makes this stretch of coast particularly family-friendly.

The area around Sant Vicenç and Pollensa with its challenging mountain routes is popular with cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers alike. Everyone will find their favourite route here. Golfers have several golf courses in the area at their disposal. There is a wide range of water sports on offer in the Bay of Pollensa, which is one of the most beautiful spots for surfers and sailors.

Facilities

Finca Pájaro is a lovingly restored, typical Mallorcan property that perfectly combines tradition and modernity.
The finca is situated in a particularly scenic location at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains and halfway between the picturesque town of Pollensa, the popular bay of Puerto de Pollensa and the little gem of Cala San Vicente.

The main entrance leads into a spacious dining room, followed by a cosy living room and a modern open-plan kitchen. The interior design is a successful combination of traditional elements such as exposed stone walls, arches and wooden beams and modern furnishings with bright colours for walls and floors and intelligent lighting.

The dining room has a large table for 12 people and right next to it is an open-plan living area with sofas, a large Smart TV and an open-plan kitchen. From the kitchen, a door leads to the back of the house where there is a large built-in barbecue and a large pergola.

The ground floor is completed by a small reading corner and a bedroom with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom.

The remaining bedrooms are located on the upper floor and are accessed via a corridor: here there is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two further bedrooms which share a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.

The house is fully equipped with air conditioning, has a free Wi-Fi connection with several repeaters that ensure smooth internet access in the rooms, by the pool area, on the terraces and in the leisure area.

Another highlight is an adjoining building with sports and leisure facilities. Here there is a pool table, a home trainer, a cross trainer, a table football table and another Smart TV. This area is also equipped with air conditioning.

Exterior

Finca Pájaro is surrounded by well-tended gardens with palm and fruit trees and has several terraces, a beautiful and large barbecue area and a 10 x 6 metre pool. There are sun loungers around the pool and a chic Balinese bed. Bath towels for the pool area are included in the rental. From the garden area you have a marvellous view of the mountains. There is a covered terrace with chill-out area and next to it a utility room with washing machine and outside toilet. Next to the main entrance of the house there is also a covered area with a table tennis table and a second chill-out zone overlooking a romantic orchard. There is ample parking space for several cars on the property.

Final cleaning is included in the price.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
