Location

Finca Pascual is located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. Pollensa and the harbour of Puerto Pollensa are in a very short driving distance. Pollensa's picturesque old town is only about 3 kilometres away. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Finca Pascual is a holiday home in a traditional style, which has been lovingly renovated to very high standards. Set on two floors Finca Pascual offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3 of which are en-suite. The ground floor is distributed into a sunny, open-plan living/dining room, a fully fitted kitchen with access to the BBQ-terrace, one twin bedroom and on bathroom with walk-in shower.

Three more bedrooms are on the first floor. Two twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are sharing a terrace, which offers stunning views of the country side. Both bathrooms are fitted with walk-in showers. The master bedroom offers a full bathroom en-suite with a jacuzzi bathtub and a separate shower.

Finca Pascual is surrounded by a beautiful garden with lawns. Next to the pool there is a pergola with comfortable and stylish lounge furniture. There is also a covered terrace with a dining table and a brick-built BBQ. This terrace has direct access to the kitchen. There are also a Billard and a ping-pong table, to have some additional fun during the day.

Minimum stay is one week, individual days can be added.

• Any extra high chair will be charged with 25 € per week, an extra cot with 45 € per week. Both need to be booked at least 2 weeks before arrival.
