Location

Finca Paula is located just outside of Felanitx and offers nice views of San Salvador. The house is the last one in a small row. Felanitx is a typical Mallorcan small town and offers shopping facilities as well as large pedestrian zone with boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants. The fishermen's village Porto Colom and the seaside resort Cala d'Or are in 11 respectively 18 kilometres distance. Both offer various beaches, restaurants and a wide range of sparetime and water activities.

Facilities

Finca Paula is a comfortable country house with a lot of daylight, which has been renovated in the typical style of a finca home. The original facade is partially made of field stones, while inside the original ceiling beam have been kept. The entrance hall gives way to the open plan living/dining area and the fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table. The comfortable living room has access to the terrace and the pool area. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with twin beds and a shower room. Two more bedrooms are on the first floor. One with a double bed and one with twins, sharing the second bathroom with a bathtub. There is air-conditioning in all bedrooms, running on a timer. A third bathroom with shower is next to the BBQ area outside.

Exterior

Finca Paula offers a very nice and private outdoor area with a large pool and a separate pool for the kids. There are many sunny and shady places around the house and the pool and the views of San Salvador are very pretty. There is a large outdoor kitchen with two BBQs, work top and a sink, a dining table and also a ping-pong table. Next to the kitchen there is a nice full bathroom with shower.

From 28.06.2024 until 30.08.2024 the arrival / departure is only possible on Saturdays

Prices & availability for the year 2025 on request.

Minimum stay is one week, individual days can be added.
Final cleaning and towel change once per week are incl. in price.
For a stay of 2 weeks there is also a linen change and light cleaning included in the price.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
