Location

Finca Pepita is located approx. 1.6 kilometres from Pollensa in the direction of Alcúdia at the foot of Puig de Maria mountain. The ideal place for a family holiday in a quiet location, but not far from restaurants, beaches and the charming old town of Pollensa.

The centre of Pollensa can be reached in a few minutes by car. Pollensa is one of the most beautiful towns on the island with an enchanting old town and an extensive pedestrianised area with traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays, a popular market takes place in the narrow streets, while during the week you can enjoy watching everyday life in one of the cafés in the central Plaza Mayor.

The lively harbour of Puerto Pollensa has a long promenade with magnificent views of the Bay of Pollensa and Cap Formentor, shops, boutiques and countless restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The long sandy beach offers a good infrastructure with several beach bars, freshwater showers and sunbed hire. The shallow entrance makes this stretch of coast particularly family-friendly.

With its challenging mountain routes, the area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers alike. Everyone will find their favourite route here. Golfers have several golf courses in the area at their disposal. There is a wide range of water sports on offer in the Bay of Pollensa, which is one of the most beautiful spots for surfers and sailors.

In the opposite direction, you can reach Alcúdia in just a few minutes by car. This small town offers a very beautiful, historic town centre with a pedestrian zone, restaurants, cafés and good shopping facilities. The associated harbour Puerto Alcúdia offers a colourful range of leisure activities and varied nightlife, as well as a variety of restaurants from exclusive to family-friendly on the harbour promenade. The almost 7 kilometre long sandy beach in the bay of Alcudia is fine sandy and slopes gently into the sea. Water rats will find a wide range of water sports on offer here and surfers and kite surfers will find a rewarding spot!

Facilities

Finca Pepita is a beautiful country house near Pollensa and offers marvellous views of the Puig de Maria and the beautiful mountain range of the Serra de Tramontana. The traditional-style house has two floors and bright, friendly rooms. On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and DVD. From the living room you can access the covered terrace with views of the garden and pool area. Next to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook and access to the terrace.

The house has four bedrooms: one with a double bed and three with twin beds each, which share two bathrooms. There is also a simple shower room outside. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning with fixed operating times.

Exterior

Finca Pepita has large covered terraces with a lounge area and dining table and views of the pool and garden. Next to the dinner terrace is a brick BBQ with work surface. The large pool is surrounded by a sun terrace and lawns. The garden is planted with palm trees and other native plants. Parking spaces for several cars are available on the property.

Pricelist

From 27.06.2026 until 04.09.2026 the arrival / departure is only possible on Saturdays

Minimum stay is one week, individual extra days are possible outside the main season.
Final cleaning is included in the price.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
