Location

Finca Peraire is a beautiful property between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa and only about 5 kilometres from the beach and about 2 kilometres from Pollensa.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The beautiful old town of Pollensa is at approximately 3 kilometres distance. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Facilities

Finca Peraire is a traditional Mallorcan-style country house with 3 bedrooms. The rustic house consists of two floors, although only the ground floor is available. The entrance leads into the traditionally furnished living/dining room with sofas, television and stereo system. On the same level there is a bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each. There is also a family bathroom with bath/shower. A second bathroom and the laundry room are located outside. The kitchen is accessible from the terrace and is equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances.

The bedrooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning.

The outdoor area of Finca Peraire has a private pool and several covered terraces from which you can enjoy the view of the lovingly landscaped garden. One of the two terraces leads to the summer kitchen, a large rustic room with a barbecue, fireplace, wood-burning stove and sink. A long dining table and another fireplace with armchairs offer the opportunity for long cosy evenings even in cooler weather. An outdoor bathroom and a laundry room complete the outdoor area.

Pricelist

From 29.06.2024 until 24.08.2024 the arrival / departure is only possible on Saturdays

Minimum stay is one week, individual extra days can be added.
Towel change once a week and final cleaning are included in the price.
1 change of bed linen and a light intermediate cleaning is included for stays of 2 weeks.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
