Finca Poeta is located at about 5 kilometres distance from Pollensa in the beautiful Vall den Marc valley and in the heart of the countryside. The historic old town of Pollensa and the main square Plaza Mayor are only a few minutes drive away. The narrow cobbled alleys around the square are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place to visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor and a fine sandy beach. The seafront is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Facilities

Finca Poeta is furnished in a rustic country house style. All on one floor there are an open plan living/dining area and an American kitchen with breakfast bar. Towards the back of the house there are three bedrooms, sharing two bathrooms. One of the bedroom has a double bed, while the other two are twin bedrooms. All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning.

The highlight of Finca Poeta is the beautifully designed garden with a vast variety of Mediterranean plants, palm trees and trees. The large pool is surrounded by a sun terrace. Next to it is a BBQ house with a brick-built BBQ, worktop and a sink. Around the house there are several covered terraces. The garden and the terraces offers spectacular views of the surrounding countryside.

Pricelist

From 29.06.2024 until 23.08.2024 the arrival / departure is only possible on Saturdays

Minimum stay is one week, extra days can be added.
Cleaning and linen change are included in the price.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
