The small town of Llucmajor offers a nice pedestrian zone with cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities, which ends on the Plaça Mayor. Market day is Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, attracting many locals and visitors alike. The area around Llucmajor is very popular with cyclists, offering a nice network of routes. Palma's old town is the best destination for an afternoon of shopping and sight seeing and it is only a short drive away. The beaches of Es Trenc, Sa Rápita and S'Arenal are all within half an hours reach. Finca Randa is an ideal base to explore the island and will elate those looking for peace and quiet, hikers, cyclists and families alike at any time of the year.

Facilities

Finca Randa is a sunny and modern holiday home with a really welcoming atmosphere. The ample living area offers a fully fitted, open-plan kitchen, a comfortable lounge area, fire place and a large dining table. Towards the back of the house is the sleeping area with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning. Underfloor heating makes this house comfortable all year round.

Finca Randa is set on a beautiful piece of land with many almond trees, which are in full bloom during January and February. The garden is landscaped with a lot of local plants and palm trees. The large pool is surrounded by a sun terrace. The covered terrace offers beautiful views of the pool and the garden. There is a pool house at the poolside with a shower. The plot offers parking for two cars.

Final cleaning will be charged at 195 €.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
