Finca Ricardo is a beautiful property in the rural area between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa and only 4 kilometres off the beach.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The beautiful old town of Pollensa is at approximately 3 kilometres distance. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Finca Ricardo is a beautiful country home located in a quiet lane between Pollansa and Puerto Pollensa. On two floors this comfortable holiday home offers 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast area has direct access to the terrace. The elegant living-dining area has large sliding doors to step out onto the covered terrace. Both are on the ground floor. The bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning running on a timer.

From 29.06.2024 until 07.09.2024 the arrival / departure is only possible on Saturdays

Minimum stay is one week. Individual days can be added off-season.
Cleaning and linen change are included in the price.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
