Location

Finca Romero is located in the south-east of the island, just 15 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of the south-east coast. Cas Concos can be reached in a few minutes by car and offers a small supermarket, a bakery and some very good restaurants. The finca is in a quiet location and has fantastic views of the countryside.

The popular town of Santanyí is only approx. 15 minutes away by car. The charming little town invites you to stroll and shop. There is a large selection of first-class restaurants around the market square and the market on Wednesdays and Saturdays attracts visitors from all over the island. Cala Santanyi offers a good range of water sports, including diving, a beach bar with sunbed hire and shops for everyday needs.

Facilities

Finca Romero is a Mallorcan-style holiday home with spacious rooms and classic furnishings. The entrance area leads into a cosy living/dining area with comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a large wooden table for 10 people. Large double doors lead from here to the covered terrace with dining area. Adjacent to the living area is the large kitchen with pantry and breakfast nook. There are two bedrooms on the same floor. One with twin beds and a shower room with washing machine and tumble dryer, another bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace with enchanting views of the countryside and its own bathroom. A staircase leads from the entrance area to the upper floor, where there are two further bedrooms. One of them is furnished with a double bed, the other with twin beds and both have an en-suite bathroom. The two bedrooms on the first floor share a terrace with views of the garden and pool area as well as the mountains in the distance. Finca Romero is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning in the living/dining area and in the bedrooms. These air conditioning systems run on a timer and have set operating times.

Exterior

Finca Romero has several terraces with wonderful countryside views. The plot is large and surrounded by walls and offers plenty of space for children to play. At the rear of the house is a covered terrace with views of the garden and pool. It is furnished with a large table and also has a chill-out area with a sofa and armchairs. The terrace leads through the Mediterranean garden with herbs such as rosemary and sage to the large pool area with sun terrace. At the other end of the pool is a covered outdoor kitchen with a brick barbecue, dining area and shower. A table tennis table is available and there is enough parking space for several hire cars on the property.

Pricelist

From 15.06.2024 until 14.09.2024 the arrival / departure is only possible on Saturdays

Minimum stay is one week, individual extra days are possible.
Cleaning and towel change are included in the price.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.

• Children are welcome. A baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge. For each additional baby there is a mandatory charge of € 7.00/night for an additional baby cot.
• Towel change once a week and final cleaning are included in the price.
• 1 change of bed linen and a light intermediate cleaning is included for stays of 2 weeks.
