Finca Ruiz is a beautiful property in the rural area between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa and only 4 kilometres from the beach.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The beautiful old town of Pollensa is at approximately 3 kilometres distance. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Facilities

Finca Ruiz is a cosy holiday home in a quiet location. It is furnished in a traditional style and offers a view of the Puig de Maria hill. All on one level, the finca offers a living/dining area with an open fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. From the living area, a corridor leads to the bedrooms consisting of one double and two twin bedrooms sharing two bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning h/c, which runs on a timer with set operating times.

Finca Ruiz has a beautiful garden with lawns and Mediterranean plants. There is a large, covered terrace overlooking the pool area and right next to it a BBQ house with an impressive wood-fire/charcoal BBQ, work top, sink and large dining table. The finca is beautifully landscaped all around and offers privacy.

Pricelist

From 28.06.2025 until 22.08.2025 the arrival / departure is only possible on Saturdays

Minimum stay is one week. Individual days can be added off-season.
Cleaning and linen change are included in the price.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
