Location

Finca Sa Plessa is located in the quiet countryside between Porto Colom and S'Horta, approx. 2,3 km away from the Cala Marçal beach (Porto Colom). The picturesque harbour of Porto Colom is only a few minutes drive away. This small village has a nice seaside promenade with a number of excellent restaurants overlooking the harbour. There are shops, cafés and sports facilities in the centre and several beaches nearby. The south-east coast is popular for the manifold landscape and the romantic coves, bays and beaches. The clear waters are ideal for diving, cyclists have a wide choice of tracks and golfers will enjoy the demanding Vall d'Or golf course with its stunning sea views. The lively holiday resort of Cala d'Or is at only 10 minutes distance.

Facilities

Finca Sa Plessa is a modern holiday home in a rural area with fantastic views of the countryside and the sea in the distance. On the ground floor there is a large living room and an open-plan kitchen/dining room. One double bedroom and one bathroom with shower are completing the ground floor, which is barrier-free.

On the first floor there are three more bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom is fitted with a double bed and has a bathroom en-suite. It offers beautiful views of the pool and the sea in the distance. The other bedrooms are twin bedrooms. And there is one bathroom with a shower and another one with a bathtub.

The house is fitted with air-conditioning with fixed operating hours. 24-hours use is possible, but needs to be paid extra (35,00 € per day).
The same applies for heating (45,00 €/day for 24-hours-service).

Pricelist

Minimum stay is one week, extra days can be added.
Cleaning and linen change are included in the price.
A deposit of 500,00 € will be due on arrival and be returned on departure.
Check-in from 17:00 hrs.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
