Location

Finca Sorolla is located at a distance of about 800 m of Pollensa on the foot of the Puig de Maria. The rural area between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa is dotted with mostly holiday homes. The fine sandy beach is at only approx. 7 kilometres distance. The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The beautiful old town of Pollensa and the main square Plaza Mayor is at about 3 kilometres distance. The narrow cobbled alleys around the square are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Facilities

Finca Soralla is a Mallorcan style holiday home with rustic and comfortable furniture and modern bathrooms. It is a semi-detached house with private gardens and a pool. On the ground floor there is the cosy living room with dining area and an open-plan kitchen. There is also one twin bedroom and a full bathroom. On the first floor is a double bedroom and another full bathroom. Both bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning, in the living area there is a wood burning stove. The third bathroom with a shower is outside.

Exterior

The lush gardens and grand terraces of Finca Sorolla are surprisingly extensive for a house for 4 providing a very complete outdoor area. There is a large covered terrace with fitted with comfortable bamboo chairs and another terrace with a complete outdoor/summer kitchen with a dining table, stove, BBQ, sink and work top. In addition there is a bread baking/pizza oven. The pool measures 8 x 4 metres and a third bathroom with a shower completes the outside area.

Pricelist

From 29.06.2024 until 23.08.2024 the arrival / departure is only possible on Saturdays

Minimum stay is one week, extra days can be added.
Cleaning and linen change are included in the price.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
