Location

The finca Tiana is at 1 km distance from Campos, in a rural environment, typical for this area of the island. The popular beach of Es Trenc is in 15 minutes driving distance. The area is very popular with cyclists, who appreciate the well developed road network and the challenging and scenic routes. Golfers will find two top level golf courses in nearby Son Antem and there are a number of equitation centres in the surroundings. The village of Campos offers a nice selection of restaurants with local and international cuisine, Cafés and shopping facilities. The village is at approx. 35 minutes of Palma, 45 minutes to the Tramuntana mountain range and less than an hours drive from the North of the island. This makes it a very good choice for those interested in exploring the island.

Facilities

The main house of Finca Tiana has two floors. The ground floor offers a large kitchen, living room with fireplace and dining room and a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning and adjoining bathroom with bathtub/shower.

The first floor offers three more bedrooms. The master bedroom with bathroom en-suite and air conditioning has a terrace and jacuzzi bathtub in the bathroom. Next door is a twin bedroom with ceiling fan and access to the same first floor terrace. The third bedroom has a full-size bed and ceiling fan. Two bedrooms are sharing one bathroom with shower.

The ample guest house offers an open plan living area with small kitchen, sofa, dining table, open fireplace and a kingsize bed and a bathroom with shower. The guest house has air conditioning.

Finca Tiana offers a large, well kept garden with palm trees and flowers and has many shady spots to relax. The pool area is separate and offers a large sun terrace. There is a large porch at the house fully fitted with dining table and satellite television. There is another small terrace with views of the garden behind the house and a beautiful summer kitchen with BBQ.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
